This stage is about getting the framework/hardscaping right and is ideal for blank canvas sections, or sections which are sloped or contoured. This is achieved through a collaborative approach resulting in a 3D walk-through model plus 2D sketches for use by yourself or a landscaper to install (note that this is not a landscaping plan, it will not contain architectural construction drawings). Planting suggestions are made.

While the landscaper is getting the hardscaping & earthworks sorted, we can work out the detailed garden plans. Alternatively, if you have a small flat section, or already have garden areas ready to go,

the Detailed Garden Design may be what you are looking for.

This product will give you a 2D plan, a basic 3D walk-through and a shopping list of plants to buy.

project management / garden implementation

This stage involves:

  • Communication with sub-contractors to achieve the finished project.

  • Purchase of plants & associated materials e.g. compost, fertiliser, stakes, mulch, windbreak, irrigation.

If irrigation is required, this is done after planting & before mulching. Irrigation can be as simple as a soak hose, or as sophisticated as in-ground, automated sprinklers.

  • Preparation of the ground

  • Planting, fertilising

  • Mulching

  • Staking of plants as required

  • Pruning and/or spraying as required, as planting occurs

  • Installation of windbreak as required

  • Lawns as required

Alternatively, you can purchase plants - I can advise as you do this, and I am available to help lay the plants out if required.
